RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy for exchanges or store credit, and a 7-day return policy for refunds.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your returned package must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt. The items must be in a new and unworn condition with no marks and all packaging intact— including the dust bag and shoe box. We cannot accept any used and/or damaged items; any such items will be returned to the purchaser at their own cost.

To be eligible for a refund, your returned package must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt. The items must be in a new and unworn condition with no marks and all packaging intact— including the dust bag and shoe box. We cannot accept any used and/or damaged items; any such items will be returned to the purchaser at their own cost. Correctly returned items will be refunded using the original form of payment, less any shipping costs.

Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item.

Bespoke and Sale items are final sale, and cannot be accepted for exchanges, store credit, or refunds.

If the price of an item is reduced after you have placed your order, we cannot refund the difference between the two prices.

DUTIES

If you are ordering from outside the US, you may have to pay import tax and duty charges. Romero+McPaul is not liable for any import tax or duty charges issued by your country’s national import office. Such charges are issued to the recipient and are not controlled by Romero+McPaul in any way.

International customers are responsible for any shipping costs, import taxes, and duty charges for returning your item. Please contact your local customs office about taxes and duties that may be assessed on a return shipment.

CANCELLED ORDERS

If you cancel your order before it is processed, you will be reimbursed in the original form of payment.
